Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
Can I import my data from Stessa?
Yes. EquityLedger has a built-in Stessa CSV import that maps your expenses, income, and transaction history. Your data migrates in minutes.
Why pay for Tracker Pro if Stessa is free?
Stessa doesn't track mileage, doesn't do portfolio anomaly alerts (underinsured, negative cash flow, high vacancy), and doesn't automate recurring expenses. It also can't handle flip or BRRRR lifecycle tracking -- if you ever plan to flip or refinance, Stessa will hit a wall. Tracker Pro fills those gaps for $39/mo.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. EquityLedger is a responsive web app that works well on mobile browsers. A native app is on the roadmap.
What happens when I hit 3 properties on the free tier?
You can keep up to 3 properties on the free tier with full read and write access. To add a 4th, upgrade to Tracker Pro. If you cancel Tracker Pro while holding more than 3 properties, your account becomes read-only after the period ends -- you can still view everything, but new edits, expenses, mileage, and rent payments are blocked until you delete down to 3 properties or resubscribe. Your data is never deleted.
Is my data secure?
EquityLedger runs on Google Cloud with encrypted connections, session-based auth, and per-user data isolation. Your portfolio data is never shared or sold.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and PCI compliant.
